This paper presents principles of a new methodology for design and evaluation of workplaces in industrial companies. Closer look is dedicated to three main parts of the methodology which are algorithm, knowledge rule base and software support. The mutualrelations between these parts are explained. The final methodology will be validated and fine tuned in several industrial companies. The ambitions of this methodology should in praxis help people who aren?t true ergonomic expert in the processes of design or evaluation.
