Optimization of Recycling of White Bronze Chips

  • Original language description

This work is focused on the optimisation of recycling white bronze chips produced when manufacturing sliding elements. Current recycling technology does not yield satisfactory results. The aim of this research work was to modify the recycling process toimprove its efficiency and to obtain maximum profitability of the recycled metal. The new recycling method implies cleaning and subsequent compacting of chips into packets, which are then remelted.
