    The aim of this thesis is to show the possible use of the method Rapid Prototyping together with the method Engineering Design Science (EDS) during the single production. The multifunction diving lamp was used as the demonstrator of this method. The cover of diving lamp is relatively complex shape and it was produced by modified hydroforming method in the isostatic press. Many problems occur during the construction of this demonstrator, that's why EDS was used during the suggestion.
