Original language description
The goal of our research is to design a hydraulic radial forging machine. The machine is considered to be a four ram machine with an x-shaped arrangement in one plane and with a hydraulic drive. Rams are offset by 90° relative to each other and act radially. Several variants of a frame were proposed and all proposed variants were checked by FEM analyses and compared. When the one of four units was designed and manufactured is now running check out of its driving system for its most flexibility. By FEM analysis and by strain gauge measuring were checked states of stress in the testing stand. From both of analyses was recommended progress in machine design.
