Original language description
With respect to a recent intensity of utilization of production facilities and their high cost it is usually not possible to test or optimize new production procedures and material processing directly in production conditions, to put out of service production lines and block their capacity solely for development purposes. Material-technological modeling is one of the very efficient methods, which can speed up development and optimization of new procedures. It is therefore necessary to investigate the impact of individual parameters and according to their intensity choose suitable parameters of the model. This article presents the possibilities of modern material-technological modeling with the help of newly developed original equipment, so called mechanical simulator. Due to highly dynamic approach to modeling, this method can simulate very complex and complicated technological processes with rapid changes of individual parameters.
