At the end of 20.th century has become the massive increase of serial production and therefore increase in requirements on production too. These requirements have been already clearly defined as the concept lean production, see [1]. One of the managementmethodologies which proved as effective tool to achieve lean was American Six Sigma (see. [2] ). The article deals with practical usage of the Lean Six Sigma methodology on a project of Safety belt marking in automotive enterprise in the Czech Republic.The article follows the structure of Six Sigma methodology DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control). There is clearly described each phase of DMAIC its results and connections to following chapters in the main body of paper.
