Legal aspects related to the conventional and autonomous driving
Original language description
Automated vehicle technology will profoundly change the way we travel, making road transport safer, smoother, and smarter. We are on the pathway to driverless cars, where fully automated vehicles will transport people and goods to their destination without any need for a driver. The objective of this paper is to research global conventional and new regulations related to the autonomous driving. Introducing autonomous vehicles to the market must go in hand with consideration of the legal barriers and obligations. The aim is to provide an evaluation of the systems required for autonomous driving in parallel with the legal framework for these systems.
