Original language description
Due to the fast response it is impossible to measure from time to time the voltage continuously through the whole period and then calculate the root mean square value. Due to this fact we measure only one phase voltage and one phase-to-phase (line to line) voltage. If we use the Park transformation then we can calculate the rms value. As you will see later, sometimes this is a problem.
