Voltage sag site indices
Original language description
The site indices for voltage sags are usually based on the main voltage sag characteristics, magnitude (retained voltage) and duration, and number of voltage events at a given site. The various voltage sag site indices are discussed (e.g. SAFRI). The methods of event counting (according to Unipede, Eskom and EPRI/Electrotek) are mentioned too. Finally, the alternative site based on the lost energy (VSEI) and the sag severity (cumulative event severity, Sag Score) are described.
