Original language description
This paper is focused on measurement of output of the rotary electromechanic machines, i.e. torque and speed. Special attention is paid to the torque measurement under transient phenomena. Part of this work is focused on parameters identification of themodeled mechanical elements. Selected transient states were simulated with the help of MATLAB and SIMULINK language.

Tento článek je zaměřen na měření výstupu z točivých elektromechanických strojů, tj. točivý moment a rychlost. Speciální pozornost je věnována měření momentu pod přechodnými jevy. Část této práce je zaměřena na zjištění parametrů modelovaných mechanických prvků. Vybrané přechodné stavy byly simulovány s pomocí MATLABu a SIMULINKu.
