A precise temperature stabilizer was designed as an integral part of radiation source for specialized measuring system. With no doubt the main parameter to track is short term stability of the stabilizer. On the other hand a factor of stabilization givescertain information about behaviour of the stabilizing loop under real conditions. That is why the device was tested in climatic chamber. The paper describes the method of indirect measurements of tiny temperature fluctuations and final evaluation of stabilization factor.
