Alternative Estimates of Confidence Intervals
Original language description
This article evaluates methods of computing confidence intervals and values of capability and performance indexes with the help of conventional procedures and the method of generating random subgroups. Complicated estimates of confidence intervals were substituted by bootstrapping technique. The results, advantages and disadvantages of simulations are discussed.

Czech description
Článek hodnotí metody výpočtů konfidenčních intervalů a hodnot indexů způsobilosti a výkonnosti s pomocí běžných postupů a metody generování náhodných podskupin. Komplikované odhady konfidenčních intervalů byly nahrazeny metodou bootstrapping. Diskutovány jsou výsledky, výhody a nevýhody simulační metody.
