Elektrické vlastnosti PEDOTu
Original language description
This article deals with electric properties of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT). PEDOT is the typical example of intrinsically conductive polymers (ICPs). These ICPs can be produced with unique properties and for these characteristics ICPs are used in many applications. IPCs combine mechanical properties of polymers and electrical properties of semiconductors. These organic materials could change its electrical properties when are exposed to humidity or to defined gas.
