Original language description
This contribution deals with design of sliding mode based stator flux observer for direct torque and flux controlled induction machine drives. Proposed flux observer is completed by simple estimation of rotor speed in order to achieve a sensorless drivecontrol. Proper function of presented sensorless control is verified by both simulations and experiments made on designed laboratory prototype of induction machine drive of rated power of 250 W.
