The properties and applications of undoped form of polyaniline (PANI) are presented in this paper. PANI is the intrinsic conducting polymer (ICP), which offers very promising opportunities for industrial applications. In most cases, the conducting polymers are used in electronic, but undoped PANI form can be used in specific applications in the high voltage domain too, i.e. in HV cables.
