Firm in an effort to stay and be able to compete have to respond lively to unremitting change in todays turbulent transformative market environment. One possibility how to respond to instability of market environment is to take advantage of virtual enterprise paradigm, which seems like an appropriate solution for small and middle enterprises. This paradigm is however very hard to implement. Because of all subjects in the marketplace are not well acquainted with it therefore there is huge trust issue problem. And problem associated with sharing information and communication because of non existing appropriate communication channels. This paper deals with description and suggestion of appropriate communication environment for support of virtual enterprise paradigm.
