This research report deals with the principles of metrology in the Spain and with the technical requirements according to ISO/IEC 17025:2005. The first part of this report deals with the principles of management system, process approach, accreditation and principles of metrology and its structure in the Spain. In the second part of this report the International Standard ISO/IEC 17025 is described. This part includes a description of the technical requirements and documentation requirements the testing laboratory has to meet to obtain the accreditation.
