Original language description
In this paper authors deal with software simulations, which result from requirements of work experience. Changes of distribution of electromagnetic field in the induction crucible furnace due to using of an additional construction component (short-circuit winding) and the shrink-ring of turbo-generator dismounting using thermal dilatation are solved here. Computer simulations were carried out in RillFEM 2D software (RillFEM company, www.rillfem.com), which works on the principle of finite element method(FEM).
