This article deals with a description of changes in the electro-insulating material which was subjected to thermal stress. Changes in a structure of this material are evaluated through the chosen physical parameters. Nowadays, requirements on electric technology diagnostics are very high. Therefore, it is necessary to look directly into the nub of actual reaction process. Methods of structural analyses are very important in this case. All results were obtained by the help of thermal analyses.
