    Tepelné stárnutí izolačního systému transformátorů

  • Original language description

Insulation liquids play the key role in the cooling of the transformers and as an electrical insulation as well. The insulating system of the transformer is being degraded during transformer operation. Main degradation factor is thermal, electrical, mechanical and chemical stress. Transformer insulation system has to be stress resistant for long time of the transformer operation. Working temperatures of power transformers are from 50°C to 70°C. Insulation system of a power transformer is created especially by an insulating liquid and impregnated solid insulation (petroleum-based oil and transformerboard). Article deals with an influence of oil type on changing of the electrical properties vs. thermal aging.
