Modelling of Technological Processes
Original language description
The modelling of technological processes and the business process management can be helpful in identification of critical processes in the production and in proposal of the way of innovation of these processes. This management makes easier to decide which processes in the production should be innovated. For modelling, innovation and improvement of technological processes may be used different tools, methods and softwares. The objective of my article is to focus on the modelling of processes because withright choice of method and software for modelling is possible to simplify and globally make easier the work with processes.
