This paper is concerned with desing and optimalization of a suitable communication environment for project cooperation of small and medium enterprises. When more business subjects are cooperating on the same project, it is essential to provide an appropriate environment for effective communication. Commonly used methodts of communication are not effective enough for use in projects exceeding a certain number of participants. There is a need to ensure also the monitoring of communication and its management. Fundamental problem in this concept is data security and ensuring that information reaches all interested parties. This is the problem of communication betwen large number of users across plenty of business subjects.
