    This paper deals with the research and development of methods for data acquisition from microcalorimetric sensors. Microcalorimetric measurement is based on the detection of energy changes in a form of the heat, which are caused by a chemical reaction. Basically, there are two types of chemical reactions: exothermic and endothermic. These sensors can be easily used for the detection of specific chemical substance in a solution, measurement the intensity of chemical reaction and further the calculation of concentration of detected substance. A chemical reaction is created between sensitive material (solid or sol-gel state) as the first reactant deposited in the form of a thin layer on the top of the one resistance thermometer and the other reactant (substance to be detected) applied in liquid form and specified amount. Chemical reaction between reactants makes temperature changes that can be detected by platinum resistor. The aim of this work is to prepare an integrated system for measu
