Paper is focused on problems of lifetime curve of regenerated mineral oil estimation. Results of antioxidant level measured with the help of infrared spectroscopy were used for lifetime curve construction. Infrared spectra of aged insulating liquid at three different temperatures (110, 120 and 130°C) were measured in the middle area of infrared light (4000 - 200 cm-1) using FT-IR technique in transmission mode. Electrical measurements of dissipation factor tan delta were applied as supporting tool for determination of degradation criteria.
