    Nowadays it is inconceivable to ensure high quality life without continuous electric supply. One of the most important of the energies used by human is electrical energy. The key role plays sources of the electrical energy - power generators. Their failure-free operation is dependent on the quality of their inner system, which creates serial reliability chain. Full operational reliability can be achieved by using proper designed diagnostic system [1] supplemented by the information about residual reliability estimation. This leads to the remaining life time determination of the whole monitored electrical machine.
