Original language description
This paper presents improved measuring method for measurement of the shielding effectiveness (SE) of small enclosures. The current standard IEEE 299 for determining shielding effectiveness is limited to the case of physically large enclosures with dimensions over 2 m. New measuring method was verified in the anechoic chamber on small shielding box with dimensions 29 x 28 x 24 cm. Comparison between some measured values and results from the numerical model is shown at the end of the paper.
