    The behaviour of heating coil during regulation

  • Original language description

    The main objective of this paper is to introduce the possibilities of resistance furnace control performed by cyclic and phase control. The measurement is based on individual case of functional model of a muffle furnace. The thyristor device EPAC is used to regulate the power supplied to the load. This device allows setting the cyclic or phase control via PC. Both the types of controls were tested on heating coil. The temperature was measured using the thermal scanner which allows very fast and accurate measuring.
