Original language description
Physical properties of ferromagnetic liquids strongly depend on the applied external magnetic field. This paper studies both reversible and irreversible anisotropic changes of their magnetic permeability based on the field direction. Observed phenomena are expected to find their usage in sensor technology and can even be used to design new types of magnetic circuits.
