This paper deals with the optimization of the non-series production process. Optimization is focused on ergonomics production process. It is a very perspective and research area nowadays. First part of the paper try to present an overview of the current state of ergonomics requirements in relation to optimization production. The second part presents a case study of a real small-lot production in the electrical industry, which is implemented in the analysis and assessment of ergonomic risks, and the use of the methodology RULA.
