Original language description
Chaos theory deals with nonlinear things those are effectively impossible to predict or control, like turbulence, weather, the stock market, our brain states, and so on. These phenomena are often described by fractal athematics, which captures the infinite complexity of nature. Rotated systems like stars, rotating solids, electromagnetic particles etc. are veryinteresting because they can in some circumstances exhibit chaotic precession. In this paper the fractional control system with possible "rotation reversion" is described. This control system, with some parameters work like oscillator but for other parameters can be chaotic. Rotation reversion is similar of phase modulation. The behavior of fractional chaotic system with rotation reversion was simulated and results of simulations are presented. These results can be used in control applications where non-chaotic/chaotic behavior is desired.
