Primary voltage and frequency control by means of two photovoltaic systems
Original language description
In the transmission and distribution power systems there is very important to hold a power balance by the primary control to keep frequency and voltage values in their permitted ranges. The same should be applied to an island microgrid. But for the frequency and voltage control it is impossible to use of the decentralized sources working with renewable power sources without a storage devices. This paper deals with the primary frequency and voltage control by means of the virtual methods in the island microgrid. The main objective is the importance evaluation of the primary control and the comparison of the load redistribution between two photovoltaic power plants (PVPP). There are analyzed and compared the power supply from two parallel decentralized sources and the power supply from two sides of the line.
