    Current trends in the management of diagnostic processes in testing laboratories

  • Original language description

    This article is focused on management system of diagnostic processes in testing laboratories. Diagnostics is a field of science whose main task is to obtain information about device and its condition. The diagnostic processes are important not only to ensure customer safety, but also as a feedback to improve a product. The main aim was application of the management system requirements to the selected diagnostic process accordingto ISO 17025:2017. In the first part of this article is the introduction about product life cycle and current trends in the management system of the testing laboratories. In the next part, the selected diagnostic process was described and the risks of this process are analyzed and evaluated by the Semi-quantitative risk assessment matrix.
