    Textile hybrid thread thermocouples

  • Original language description

This article deals with designing, implementing and testing textile embroidered thermocouples based on hybrid conductive threads. Threads containing constantan and silver-plated copper microwires were used for the thermocouple realization. The test samples were realized by a simple crossing of threads with subsequent thermo-compression welding and by an embroidered multipoint crossing of threads. Variable temperature measurements were performed, and the results of different thermoelectric voltages were discussed.
