Execution costs are a much-discussed topic in society. On the one hand, this fact appears to be a logical consequence of the &quot;inconvenience&quot; of execution proceedings for the obligee or entitled party, who in some cases not only do not satisfy their claim, but also pay the costs of execution proceedings. The costs of execution proceedings should enable the executor to carry out his activities. How execution costs are adjusted at present is covered in detail in the article below.It describes both the genesis and the current setting of the executor&apos;s remuneration, reimbursement of finished expenses, as well as an evaluation of the current situation with regard to the decision-making practice of the courts.
