Potential of spatial structure analysis of the Early and Middle Bronze Age cemeteries in Bohemia
Original language description
This paper deals with analysis of spatial and formal attributes of funerary areas of the Bronze Age. We used sampled cemeteries from the Early and Middle Bronze Age as the data base. Based on the analysis in GIS were identified spatial structures which were compared with structures identified in formal properties by PCA. It was discovered, that on the tested cemeteries of the Únětice culture and the Tumuli culture are graves organized into spatialy separated groups. Graves in these groups have differentformal attributes. We are interpreting these groups as family cemeteries.
