When thinking about urban policies, cities and regions and the exchange of EK trans-territorially and EK diffusion internationally it is clear that all four pilers and their internal aspects matter. The diffusion of EK including EK on urban policies may not be coincidental, spontaneous and uncoordinated process; the process of the diffusion of EK on urban policies from Central Europe to Ukraine cities has to be well deliberated and strategically managed, ideally stimulated by various incentives including material support.
