Original language description
Crisis, bankruptcy and expiry of an enterprise can be considered as such stage of a corporate life cycle we cannot absolutely avoid. Each enterpreneur, director or manager has to take it into account. What stage of a corporate life cycle this crisis involves, this is a question. The article tries to refer to problems of crises inception in a paricular stage of corporate life cycle, reflects on possible causes of corporate crises and proposes some procedures that are important for a solving crises.

Czech description
Krize, bankrot či zánik podniku jsou takové fáze životního cyklu podniku, kterým se bohužel žádný podnik s určitostí nemůže vyhnout. Každý podnikatel, ředitel či manažer s nimi musí počítat. Otázkou je, ve kterém stadiu podnikového životního cyklu tato krize nastane. Článek se snaží poukázat na problematiku vzniku krizí v jednotlivých fázích životního cyklu podniku, zamýšlí se nad příčinami jejich vzniku a navrhuje možné postupy pro jejich řešení.
