The Czech health care system is evolved markedly and discussions about prepared reform in this part of national economy influence this system. The headstone of health care funding is since 1993 obligatory health insurance. There exists possibility of financial participation also, namely by payment for drugs or for stay in the hospital. The clinics and hospitals have several legal amendments. The delivery primary care is private in approximately 85 %, secondary and tertiary care is supplied by facultieshospitals, regional, district and municipal health institutes. There is new trend in a few last years: many health care facilities switch to legal form Inc. and come many changes in the all part of the health care funding.
