The paper presents the results of made qualitative research in the area of corporate performance management (CPM) - performance management of enterprise as a whole and its individual parts (operations, activities to the level of processes). Theoretical,qualitative research is based on a comprehensive literature review of available sources - mainly research reports and scientific studies to the topic, so far published scientific articles in reputable journals and proceedings of international scientificconferences and monographic publications. Based on the results of realized analysis, comparison and generalization of existing CPM systems the reference model of enterprise performance management is proposed. The crucial idea of this designed model is based on the management and controlling processes integration.
