Original language description
This paper presents the output of an extensive survey among non-governmental non-profit organizations in the Czech Republic. The survey deals with the management issues of these companies, the current situation and selected opportunities or threats thatthe Czech non-profit sector is exposed to from the outside. Based on the results of the survey, which included 408 non-profit organizations, possible recommendations for the sustainable development of organizations operating in the non-profit sector havebeen suggested.
