Original language description
The paper deals with corporate sustainability as a new business approach that enables to create long-term shareholder value by maximizing positive and minimizing negative effects of environmental, social or economic issues. The goal of the paper is to analyse the gradual steps of integration of sustainability approach into business management. Special attention is paid to measuring of corporate performance and individual performance indicators in the context of sustainability. Finally, the integration of sustainability into corporate management is demonstrated using a case study.
