    In the past, globalization has often been an economic topic. Today, the globalization is not only the economic phenomenon, but it is possible to see the globalization in wider context in many research areas. Of course, the globalization is a key challenge for health policies. Connection between globalization and health is very complex problem, but one fact is clear: the good health and quality of healthcare provision are as essential preconditions for successful globalization. The topic of human health is multi-factorial and many health problems have a global context. This paper is focused on health effects of different aspects of globalization. The paper presents a knowledge base for the linkages between economic globalization and health, with the intention that it will serve as a basis for synthesizing existing relevant literature, identifying gaps in knowledge, and ultimately developing national and international policies more favourable to health. The paper also shows the selected analyses which are used for researches in area of health policies in context of globalization. The paper may help to improve the process of globalization on many levels and may set up the processes of a sustainable and healthy development for all. There are used data from international databases and statistical methods in this paper.
