  • Original language description

This study focuses on the use of virtual reality in the field of occupational health and safety in enterprises. The aim of the paper is to assess the benefits of virtual reality as a training tool for employees in occupational health and safety within a real corporate environment. The research is based on a case study of the implementation of the VR Rescue system in several enterprises across different industries. Data were collected through a questionnaire survey conducted among training participants and subsequently analyzed with an emphasis on perceived preparedness and self-confidence in providing first aid. The results indicate that virtual reality represents an effective and innovative approach to enhancing occupational health and safety training in corporate education.
