Original language description
The paper presents a simplified approach to processing of ambiguous requests in spoken dialogues in information train timetable service systems. The simplified processing of ambigous and incomplete utterances is based on the simple representation of semantics of analyzed utterances by especially constructed fremes, on the special representation and storage of facts extracted from the previous steps of dialogue and on the creation of the simple knowledge base containing the resoning rules linking the meaning detected in the analyzed users utterance with the facts stored in the dialogue path or in the systém knowledge base.
