Original language description
The general problem of control is tightly connected with general theory of systems. However, none of the contemporary systems theories has been fully accepted by professional community up to now. A fundamentally new approach to system theory has been proposed in the presented contribution. The system definitions are based on quite new system paradigms stemming from attentive observations and resulting in an axiomatic system theory with correctly and uniquely defined notions. System behavior is supposedto be generally stochastic containing deterministic behavior as its special case. The causal dependencies among system variables are treated quite newly and independently of system behavior, which leads into unique definitions of system structure notions. The resulting system theory is quite precise and surprisingly clear. It brings new findings and makes it possible to correctly formulate and treat even yet insoluble problems.
