<<A>> pen for automatic signature authentication
Original language description
Authentication of hand-written signature is required in many situations e.g. banking operations, etc. The paper describes the principlesbehind the construction of an experimental electronic pen designed for automatic signature authentication. The designed pen contains a set of accelerometers and strain gauges producing electric signals. Authentication process is based on a nonuniform segmentation and comparison of the signals from the pen sensors and the signals from a paradigm signals library.
