    Modelling of gearboxes with time dependent meshing stiffness

  • Original language description

    The paper presents a method of the mathematical modelling of gearboxes with time dependent meshing stiffness. The mathematical model of the gearbox is created by the modal synthesis method based on the system decomposition into subsystems joined by discrete couplings - gear meshing and bearings. The model of the system is formed by means of the lower mode shapes of the mutually uncoupled undamped subsystems. This mathematical model is used for the investigation the steady-state dynamic response causedby the gear kinematic transmission errors and by the periodical changes of meshing stiffness.
