Dialogue manager development based on formalization of authentic dialogues
Original language description
A unique automated formalization technique, with help of which authentic dialogues recorded in city information centres canbe transformed into a special internal representation, closed to the symbolism of pseudo-flowcharts, is described. This technique enables the automated generation of an effective dialogue management, further implemented in a standard city information system communicationg with the user two quite different natural languages.
