Original language description
The development of acoustic training material for Slavic languages within the MALACH project is described. Initial experience with the variety of speakers and the difficulties encountered in transcribing Czech, Slovak, and Russian language oral history are described along with ASR recognition results intended to investigate the effectiveness of different transcription conventions that address language specific phenomena within the task domain.

Czech description
V článku je popsán způsob zpracování řečového materiálu pro akustické trénování slovanských jazyků v projektu MALACH. Je diskutována počáteční zkušenost s různorodostí řečníků i obtíže spojené s transkripcí archivu řečových výpovědí pronesených v češtině, slovenštině a ruštině. Společně s tím jsou diskutovány výsledky rozpoznávání řeči z hlediska odlišných konvencí manuální transkripce, které určují specifické projevy daného jazyka vzhledem k řešené úloze.
