Práce popisuje konečněprvkový matematický model totální náhrady koleního kloubu. Na modelu jsou simulovány nepřesnosti při aplikaci tibiální části koleního implantátu a jejich vliv na rozložení napětí. Model byl vytvořen pomocí výpočetního software PAM.
